Anxiety. Depression. Burnout. Exhaustion. These aren’t just buzzwords—they’re real struggles many of us face. In this series, we’ll look honestly at what Scripture says about mental and emotional health through the stories of Elijah, Paul, and even Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.
At Next Level, you don’t have to pretend you’re okay. God’s power is made perfect in weakness, and His presence brings real hope and peace.
We’ve also created a helpful guide with a Biblical approach to mental health. You can get the resource for yourself—or share the link with a friend who needs it.

Looking to Make Connections?
Connect Groups are low-pressure, once-a-month opportunities to meet people at Next Level. These aren’t Bible studies or formal classes—they’re just small groups of people doing regular life stuff together. Think lunch outings, dinner meetups, drinks after work, playdates with the kids, fireside hangs with cigars, coffee catch-ups, board games, and more.
Each week, there are 3–5 different Connect Group events to choose from. There’s no long-term commitment—just show up when it works for you. You might grab a drink with one group this week and join a playdate the next. We just want to make it easy for you to get to know some great people.
Every Sunday, the Connect Group leaders hosting events that week will be available in the lobby for you to meet and chat with. So stop by, say hi, and find a group that fits your vibe!
