Join us for Easter Sunday, APRIL 5th @ 10:00a
Here's exactly what Easter morning looks like
No surprises. No guesswork. Just your family's first step into a partnership that could change everything — start to finish. (We know the unknown is what makes a first visit feel scary. So here's everything, step by step.)
Pull up and relax
There's plenty of parking, and friendly people will wave you in the right direction. No stress finding your way.
Grab a coffee on us
Seriously — walk in, grab a fresh cup, and take a breath. There's no rush. Take a minute to look around.
Kids check-in is quick and safe
Our kids' areas are secure, staffed by trained and background-checked volunteers, and designed to be so fun your kids won't want to leave. You'll get a check-in tag so only you can pick them up.
The music is actually good
Think upbeat, modern, and energizing — not a dusty hymnal. It sets the tone for something positive, and you might even catch yourself singing along.
A message that actually helps
Our pastor, Clay, keeps it short, practical, and real. No guilt trips. No weird altar calls. Just something encouraging you can take home and actually use in your life this week.
About an hour, start to finish
Long enough to be meaningful, short enough to still make brunch. You'll be out by 11:15.
Wear whatever you want
Jeans, sneakers, athleisure — you'll fit right in. Our pastor wears sneakers too. This isn't a dress-up kind of place.
Easy to find
We're at 4317 Stevens Mill Road in Matthews, NC — right off the main road. Look for the signs and the smiling faces.

We Love Partnering With Parents
We believe parents are the most important influence in a child’s life.
Our goal isn't to replace that — it's to partner with you.
Every week at Next Level Church we create environments where kids can learn about faith, build friendships, and grow in confidence while parents are encouraged and supported.
Planning Your Visit Comes With a Gift for Your Family
When you plan your visit for Easter, we'll send you a free guide we created for families:
The Positive Family Plan — 5 Simple Ways to Build Something Good at Home This Week.
It's a short, practical guide designed to help families slow down, connect, and create meaningful moments together.
Inside you'll discover simple ideas like:
A distraction-free family meal
A simple family night
Doing an act of kindness together
Creating a daily gratitude habit
Taking a quiet moment together as a family
These are small practices, but they can make a big difference in how your family connects.
When you plan your Easter visit, we'll send the guide straight to your inbox.
Takes about 30 seconds. We'll also send you parking info, kids check-in details, and everything you need to know before you arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Walking into any new environment can be intimidating and scary…especially walking into a new church! You like to know what to expect when you walk into a new place. We’re here to help with that. You may find that Next Level does things a little differently than the churches you are used to. Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you know what to expect when you walk on our campus on a Sunday morning.
-
You are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable…from a dress to your favorite old Metallica t-shirt. You do not have to dress up here but if that makes you comfortable, go for it! Most people wear casual attire (jeans and business casual).
-
You can expect about 50 minutes of music and teaching at our services. There is a Welcome Center area outside the lobby where you can receive a tour of our campus or just be directed anywhere that you need to go.
-
The next generation is so important! They are our future leaders and world changers. They need a safe, fun environment to learn about God and experience His love for them. You will find that exact kind of space prepped and ready for them every Sunday morning here at Next Level.
The Tour Guides at the Welcome Center are available to walk you through the process of getting your children checked in to our Preschool and/or Elementary buildings. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Our student service for Middle and High School students is on Wednesdays and includes music, games, teaching, and small group discussion time. (On Sundays, our students are with us in the main service)
Our goal is for your student to experience a transforming relationship with Jesus and you will feel comfortable knowing that he/she is in a safe environment that you can trust.
