Teaching Team
Todd Hahn
Todd serves as the Lead Pastor of Next Level and is one of the few Charlotte natives who actually still live in Charlotte. He has been a pastor, church planter, management consultant, and the president of an educational resources firm. He has written or co-written four books including his most recent, Thriving Through Ministry Conflict. Todd speaks around the country at workshops which help church leaders reach the emerging generations. Todd has two sons–Justin and BJ. He loves to run and once ran a marathon on a fractured foot, without knowing it, which may tell you something about his intelligence.

Jared Kirk
A Florida native, Jared serves as the student pastor at our Matthews Campus. He is also one of our teaching pastors. He is married to his beautiful wife Heather. Jared graduated from the University of Miami and moved to Charlotte to begin his ministry working with students as Student Pastor. He loves equipping people with a heart for God and a love for students to pastor the students in their lives.
